Frequently asked

How do I generate a meal plan?

Open the app, complete the short onboarding (your dietary needs, prep time, cooking style, goals), then tap Generate plan on the Home tab. Nōra creates a full day of meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks — with recipes and a one-tap shopping list.

How do I change my dietary needs after onboarding?

Open the Plan tab and tap Dietary needs. You can add or remove conditions (gluten-free, low FODMAP, IBS, PCOS, Hashimoto's, etc.) at any time. The next plan you generate respects your updated choices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Nōra. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Nōra, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Profile tab in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete account and confirm. This removes your account, all saved meal plans, and your profile preferences permanently within 30 days. The action can't be undone.

I started the free trial but was charged immediately. Why?

The 3-day free trial applies only to new subscribers on the Yearly plan, and only on your first sign-up. If you've subscribed before (even on a different device under the same Apple ID), Apple skips the trial and bills you for the full period. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The app shows the wrong language. How do I switch?

Open the Profile tab and tap the Language dropdown. Nōra supports English, Hungarian, German, Spanish, French, and Romanian.

I have a medical condition. Is the meal plan safe for me?

Nōra is a meal-planning tool — not a replacement for medical or nutritional advice. We tailor plans around the dietary needs you select, but you should always consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, chronic conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Where are my data and privacy details?
